John and Jason was referred to us by our neighbor after two other company’s out of Knoxville and Nashville had attempted to repair a 3ft crack on our second step. In both cases the crack came back within a few weeks and we were told that the steps needed to be replaced. I sent John a few pictures before and after the repairs and he explained to me that most the most likely cause of my crack was the support system under the steps had come loose due to the ground settling under the steps and that the steps could be repaired. John inspected the steps and found a second crack on the bottom step. He repaired all three steps and made them look like brand new!
